If you are an Applicant needing help with your username or password, please contact the LCCHelp Desk (517) 483-5221 or (toll free) 1-800-644-4522 option 4, or via e-mail at email@example.com. They will help you reset your password. You will not be able to enter the scholarship application until the day following a password reset.
If you are a Scholarship Reviewer or Reference Provider needing help with your password, please click on the References and Reviewers tab just below the blue heading and follow the instructions on the new page.
If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and having the following problems:
You have not received your invitation email to sign in: Please contact the Foundation Office at 517-483-1985 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The Foundation will generate a sign in email for you.
You have forgotten your password: Enter your email address below and click Recover Password. You will receive an email instructing you on how to set a new password.
You have reset your password, and your username and password are still not working: Be sure you are using the exact email address that the sign-in email was sent to. LCC faculty and staff have multiple email addresses. If you are, please contact the Foundation Office at 517-483-1985 or email@example.com.
