Nearly a decade ago, Emergent launched a corporate social responsibility program to guide the company’s charitable efforts and expand its mission beyond what its products can provide. To support one of Emergent’s charitable focus areas – Educating Tomorrow’s Scientific Leaders – and in honor of Manufacturing Day 2021, Emergent is honored to provide $2,000 scholarships to ten students pursuing a career in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Recipients must be enrolled in a Center for Manufacturing Excellence program at LCC
• Recipients must be enrolled in a minimum of 6-credits per semester
• Recipients must be residents of Clinton, Eaton or Ingham County
• Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7
• Preference will be given to graduates or students currently enrolled in the Lansing School District
• Financial need will be considered
