LCC Health and Human Services Divisional Scholarship
Lansing Community College offers the Health and Human Services Divisional Scholarship to new, currently enrolled, or returning students who:
- Have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
- Plan to complete a one-year certificate of completion or a two-year occupational degree at LCC, or transfer to a four-year institution (Curriculum in applied arts, applied science, and business, may be found at Applied Degrees and Certificates.)
- For applicants who are currently applying or plan to apply to selective admissions programs, any award is contingent on acceptance to the program.
Qualifications
- Recipients must be enrolled in a Health and Human Services program
- Recipients must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 approved credits in Fall and Spring semesters.
- Recipients must also maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Recipients must be a resident of the State of Michigan
- Recipients must be a high school graduate
- Financial need will be considered
- Award
- Cost of 12 billable hours Fall/Spring and fee allowance; 4 billable hours Summer and fee allowance
