Karl A. Norberg Memorial Endowment

In establishing the Karl A. Norberg Memorial Endowment both Marsha Crawford and Laura Speiran honor the tremendous opportunities created by scholarships in elevating the education of students to obtain the skill and knowledge to pursue careers in service to their community. This endowment memorializes the impactful life lived by Karl Norberg, and it is the intent that this scholarship creates the opportunity for his generous spirit to be carried on through future generations.

Qualifications

  • Recipients shall be enrolled in the Welding program of study at LCC
  • Recipients shall be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester (part-time)
  • Recipients shall have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Financial need will be considered
