• Recipients must maintain a major in the Health and Human Services (excluding nursing) or Technical Careers
• Recipient must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA.
• A preference will be given to veterans of the armed forces, with a primary preference for US Army veterans.
• Financial need will be considered
