Qualifications

• Recipients must be in their first year of college
• Recipients must reside in Ingham County
• Preference will be given to students who come from a rural setting
• Preference will also be given to students whose past academic performance has not necessarily been outstanding, but who show promise as “late bloomer” students
• Financial need will be strongly considered
