Margaret Joan "Jo" Budzynski

Margaret Joan “Jo” Budzynski was born January 10, 1925, in Lansing, Michigan the daughter of Edward and Alta Woodlock where she grew up and attended Michigan State University. She attended a summer art camp in 1950 in Leland, Michigan where she met Delphin “Bud” Budzynski. They were married in 1951 and lived in Haslett from 1954 until 2008, when she passed. Jo was a mother, artist and teacher. She took great pleasure in spending time with her husband and family, with her favorite activities and lifetime loves of cooking, traveling and music. Jo established the Budzynski Pre-Architectural Scholarship to honor her beloved late husband.
